Club Summary
BMIC is a member focused Investment club which is why all of our members are share holders. Utilizing systematic investment strategies we are able to provide our partners with an ROI (Return on Investment) on par with large investment firms while building a war chest to scale and diversify into new sectors.
Shareholders

Units
Ownership is distributed into units (shares) each valued at $500. Each unit is purchased in whole with a minimum quantity of 1 per purchase.
Distributions
Distributions will be allocated at the end of each quarter. The first 7% of profits are dedicated solely to the shareholders and will be paid as distributions. Excess of 7% will be split 50/50 with the fund. This ensures that the shareholder receives priority over the fund.
Excess Profits
Excess profits are used to increase our war chest (capital) in order to scale our investments and diversify our sectors. The war chest also allows us to cover our operational costs AFTER shareholders have received distributions.
